PROPER PRUNING
Some trees require manual correction to develop a strong structure. Only then you can get a firm, healthy, and capable tree to resist weather conditions of time and nature. The procedure of corrective pruning consists of three important steps. And usually you will need around 25 years of training to build up a solid structure. A good number of tree loving and protective organizations recommend that you prune your tree for the first time 2-5 years after planting.
HAZARDOUS LIMB REMOVAL
Hazardous limbs are those that eventually will cause human injuries or property damages. These can be, growing limbs on top of the roof of the house, dead, rotten, or decayed, and wind or storm damaged. This includes limbs infested by insects and co-dominant. Co-dominant limbs are those that grow together out of one stem with a weak branch union and poor structure. There are also low heavy hanging limbs with a lot of weight. Thinning is removing a branch at its point of origin or shortening a branch or stem by cutting to a lateral large enough to assume the terminal role. The canopy reduction and clearance pruning is extremely important for the health, safety, and aesthetics of the tree.
TREE CARE TRIMMING
The main reason for pruning ornamental and shade trees include safety, health, and aesthetics. In addition, pruning can be used to stimulate fruit production and increase the value of property.
landscaping servicesPruning for safety involves removing branches that could fall and cause injury or property damage, trimming branches that interfere with lines of sight on streets or driveways, and removing branches that grow into utility lines.
landscaping servicesPruning for health involves removing diseased or insect-ingested wood, thinning the crown to increase airflow and reduce some pest problems, and removing crossing and rubbing branches. Pruning can best be used to encourage trees to develop a strong structure and reduce the likelihood of damage during severe weather. Removing broken or damaged limbs encourages wound closure.

Important message:  Never attempt pruning near electrical and utility wires. Please call FPL or certified electrical line clearance specialist.
